Please join us on October 24th at 7 am in the Diocecan Pastoral Center to celebrate mass with us.  Following mass, we invite you for breakfast and fellowship.

Rev. Christopher J. Frasher, JCL, Judical Vicar

A native of West Palm Beach, Florida, Fr. Fraser moved with his family to Phoenix in 1982. He attended Queen of Peace Parochial School and Seton Catholic High School where he graduated in 1989. Fr. Fraser enrolled at Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business in 1994. He went on to work full time for the ASU Law School for nearly two years before going to St. Meinrad Seminary in Southern Indiana in 1996 to study for the priesthood for the Diocese of Phoenix.

Fr. Fraser completed his semiary studies and was ordained a priest on June 2, 2001. His pastoral assignments have been a Parocial Vicar at St. Andrew the Apostle. From there, Fr. Fraser moved to Washington, DC to attend the Catholic University of America for further studies in Canon Law. He earned the Licentiate (JCL) in Canon Law from Catholic University in 2006.

In 2007, Fr. Fraser was installed as Adjutant Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Phoenix, and as Judicial Vicar in 2008.  He continues to serve as the Judicial Vicar and assist at varios parishes in the diocese on the weekend, and is engaged in ministry to the imprisoned.

Brian is a Judge Pro Tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Court and serves as a mediator and arbitrator in various civil litigation matters.

Brian is a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell Service’s rating of “AV Preeminent,” the highest possible rating for both legal ability and ethical standards, and has been included in the 5% of lawyers honored as “Southwest Super Lawyers.”

  • J.D., Cum Laude, from Arizona State University College of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the ASU Law Journal and a Pedrick Scholar
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona
